Process Flow

Steps

  1. Check setup

    • Check carrier configuration (SIEVERS Shipping Setup).
    • Ensure that "No shipping orders = False" is set so that a shipping order is automatically created when a warehouse document is created.
  2. Print label

    • Open container > search SSCC.
    • Reports > SSCC label.
    • Two labels are printed:
      • DHL label (carrier label).
      • GS1 SSCC label (if customer is configured accordingly, e.g. Amazon, see GS1 Amazon Label).

Process Integration

  • For warehouse shipments with specially configured carriers, a shipping order is automatically created.
  • After packaging and SSCC creation, the shipping label is generated.
  • For shipping orders, this process also serves troubleshooting purposes.
Tipp

When multiple carriers are used, it is recommended to set up shipping advice rules to automate the correct carrier selection per order. See Shipping Advice Rules.
