GS1 Amazon Label

Amazon-compliant GS1 SSCC label with order number (Code 128).

Purpose

• Meet GS1 SSCC requirements for Amazon.
• Creation of standardized shipping labels according to GS1 standard.

Prerequisites

• SSCC status 7 present.
• Customer with corresponding setup stored.

Setup

• GS1 SSCC setup required.
  • Maintain data identifiers on the customer (e.g. best-before date, batch).

Process Flow

Steps

1. Check customer setup

   • Open customer.
   • Click "Customer/Vendor Data Identifiers".
   • Ensure that all functional data identifiers (best-before date, batch, etc.) are correctly maintained.

2. Print label from container

   • Open container > search SSCC.
   • Reports > SSCC label.
   • Two labels are printed:
     • DHL label
     • GS1 SSCC Amazon label

Label Content (GS1 SSCC Amazon)

• Sender / recipient.
• SSCC number (9-digit, container code).
• Source document number.
• Order reference (Code 128 barcode).
• GTIN, quantity, number of SSCCs.
• GS1 SSCC with GLN, reserve digit, check digit.
• Route and inventory dimension.

Print Sources

• MDE A4 Picking: F9.
• MDE A5 Packaging: F9.
• Picking documents / packaging processes directly.

Hinweis

The GS1-128 label without the Amazon extension may not be valid. Perform setup once per customer and test the label content before going live.
