Production Supply Mobile

Mobile production supply enables the flexible and digital provision of materials for production directly at the production line using MDE devices.

Process Flow

Step	Short	Description
1	Start MDE > Login > A3 Item Transfer	Select production supply team via Ctrl+K (F5) to take over the team.
2	Select move job > travel to first storage place > scan load carrier	Training PDFs from the training folder are required here.
3	Select inventory > enter or confirm quantity	Repeat steps 2 and 3 for further lines.
4	Pallet / forklift full > F2 to switch to drop-off
5	Scan blank barcode > enter inventory measure > scan target place	To post the collected inventory: a new load carrier is created.
6	Scan same load carrier to drop off the next inventory	Next inventory can be processed with the same load carrier.
7	Repeat until all move job lines are completed

Tipp

Mobile production supply uses A3 Item Transfer on the MDE device. Alternatively, C2 Production Supply can also be used if a dedicated production supply screen is preferred.
