Customer Card
On the customer card you will find the additional section SIEVERS WMS. This contains the following setup fields:
General
- Shipping Advice Rules
- Packing according to shipping address
- Automatic Empties Loading: Specifies whether empties for this customer are registered automatically when an inbound stock post is finished. See Automations for requirements and process details.
Picking & Packaging
- Activate Serialization Inventories in Warehouse Shipment: Activates the requirement to record serialization numbers (e.g. SSCC, serial numbers) during picking for this customer.
- NestPacking in Picking: Activates extended picking that creates a packing hierarchy directly during picking. This process requires additional scans and steps and should only be enabled when required or paid for by the goods recipient.
Warehouse Shipment Creation
- Variable for aut. creation of stock doc.: Helpful for automatic Outbound Stock Post document creation. With this variable, you can specify which lines of the Outbound Stock Post automation should be relevant for this customer.
- Variable for Whse. Shipment Auto. Creation: Control attribute for the Warehouse Shipment Automation. Customers with the same variable value are grouped together across customer boundaries into a single warehouse shipment.
- Source Type Filter: Specifies the source document types allowed for warehouse shipments of this customer
- Customer Specific WS: When active, only source documents of the same customer may be added to the warehouse shipment
- Order Specific WS: When active, each order gets its own warehouse shipment
- Ship. Address Specific WS: When active, all source documents in the warehouse shipment must have the same shipping address
Shipping Order Texts
These fields define default texts for shipping orders of the customer:
- Pick-up Notice
- Delivery Notice
- Goods Acceptance Times
The values are transferred automatically when a shipping order is created. Shipping-order texts stored on the ship-to address take priority over the customer values.
Warehouse Shipment Documentation
- Whse. Ship. Docum. with GTIN: Activating this setting causes the GTIN to be printed on the shipment list, package content list and packing list export. The setting here overrides the setting of the same name in the SIEVERS WMS setup.
