Customer Card
On the customer card you will find the additional section SIEVERS WMS. This contains the following setup fields:
- Shipping Advice Rules
- Packing according to shipping address
- Variable for aut. creation of stock doc.: Helpful for automatic Outbound Stock Post document creation. With this variable, you can specify which lines of the Outbound Stock Post automation should be relevant for this customer.
- Whse. Ship. Docum. with GTIN: Activating this setting causes the GTIN to be printed on the shipment list, package content list and packing list export. The setting here overrides the setting of the same name in the SIEVERS WMS setup.
- Activate Serialization Inventories in Warehouse Shipment: Activates the requirement to record serialization numbers (e.g. SSCC, serial numbers) during picking for this customer.
Warehouse Shipment Creation
- Source Type Filter: Specifies the source document types allowed for warehouse shipments of this customer
- Customer Specific WS: When active, only source documents of the same customer may be added to the warehouse shipment
- Order Specific WS: When active, each order gets its own warehouse shipment
- Ship. Address Specific WS: When active, all source documents in the warehouse shipment must have the same shipping address
