SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO supports the processing of individual and multiple incoming documents. The AI extracts invoice and master data and provides missing assignments for further processing.
Who is SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO for?
Use SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO when you capture incoming documents in ELO Invoice and want to make their invoice data available more quickly. To clear missing master data, you also need permission for the assigned clearing task.
What does SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO process?
SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO evaluates a document's content and prepares, among other things, the following data for further processing:
- Invoice data such as number, date, currency, and amounts
- Company and business partner information
- Tax data
- Invoice line items
If the agent cannot assign a company or business partner, it starts a clearing task. There, you add or select the required master data.
