Clear Missing Data

SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO starts the clearing process when it cannot assign a company or business partner unambiguously. The task is assigned to the SNC_INVOICE.Clearing group.

Process a Task

  1. Open the clearing task assigned to you.
  2. Review the document and the information already extracted.
  3. If needed, create or edit the appropriate record for the company or business partner.
  4. In the Missing metadata section, select the appropriate values for Company and Business partner.
  5. Complete the task.

After completion, SIEVERS AI Agent for ELO applies the selected assignments and sets the missing metadata on the document.

Select Appropriate Assignments

Select only master data that clearly matches the document. Compare at least the name, address, VAT registration number, bank data, or other references available on the document.

Warnung

An incorrect assignment can affect downstream approval, posting, or reporting processes. Clarify uncertain cases with the responsible business department.
