Ensure Good Document Quality

Use complete and legible documents. Illegible scans, missing pages, or documents containing multiple different invoices make recognition more difficult.

Observe Data Protection and Confidentiality

Documents can contain personal, financial, or other confidential information. Observe internal requirements for processing this data and use only the ELO and AI services approved for this purpose.

Request Support

When reporting an error message or an unexpected result, provide at least the following information:

• Action used
• Time of processing
• Affected document
• Processing status of the clearing task
• Specific discrepancy between the document and the extracted result
