Inbound Stock Post Mobile
Mobile inbound stock posting enables flexible and paperless recording of goods movements directly at the storage place using MDE devices.
Purpose
Mobile inbound stock posting enables the movement of load carriers located in the warehouse receipt area to storage areas or transfer stations. This method also supports the transfer of complete load carriers between different storage places.
- Movement flow: The forklift operator scans the packages/load carriers and transports them to the target places or transfer stations.
- Status requirement: Only posted load carriers can be moved. Load carriers with an unposted status must not be relocated.

- The warehouse receipt is posted.

Setup
- Inbound Stock Post Strategy: Automatically determines the target places for the load carriers. If the inbound stock post strategy does not apply, the load carrier remains without a defined target and must be adjusted manually.

- Forklift operator: Carrying out the transports.
- Warehouse employee: Monitoring and coordinating the transports.

- Move job: Documents the movement and inbound stock posting of load carriers.
Process Flow
Log in to MDE and navigate
- Select A2 Internal Transports.
- If required, select the team, forklift, or printer station (F5/Ctrl+K).
Scan and transport
- Scan load carrier → travel to target → scan target place → confirm.
- Alternatively: scan a transfer station or a deviating nearby target.

Process Classification
Mobile inbound stock posting (A2 Internal Transports) is used for the movement of load carriers between storage places.
- Inbound Stock Post Strategy for PTU: The "Determine packaging/consolidation place" function ensures that PTUs are deposited collectively on packaging/consolidation storage places.
- Inbound Stock Post Strategy for SSCC: SSCCs are manually brought to the shipping buffer to prepare them for loading.
