Freight Documentation
Export packing list, shipment list, and international consignment note (CMR).
Purpose
- Creation of freight accompanying documents for dispatch.
- Basis for further customs and freight documentation.
Prerequisites
- Warehouse shipment present.
- SSCC status 7-packed or dispatched SSCC.

- Create number series for the international consignment note.

Document Overview

Process Flow
Step 1: Print packing list and shipment list
- Open warehouse shipment.
- Action > Print > Export data packing list > Print.
- Alternatively: From the shipment process > check all SSCCs > Assign > Actions > Print shipment list.
- The packing list and shipment list show all details about the packages, their contents, and quantities. If HS codes are maintained, these are also printed.
Step 2: Print international consignment note
- Open shipment process.
- Action > Print international consignment note > fill in request page > Print.

The documents can be generated from various locations: warehouse shipment, posted warehouse shipment, shipment process, or posted shipment process.
