Inbound Stock Post with Move Job List
The inbound stock post with move job list controls and optimizes the routes for the inbound stock post to ensure efficient storage place assignment.
Purpose
The inbound stock post with move job list enables the inbound stock posting of load carriers from the warehouse receipt into the storage areas. This process is particularly suitable for warehouses without WLAN or MDE and is performed using a paper document with subsequent manual response in the BC client.

Setup
- Storage Place Allocation Matrix: Categories and inventory measure assignment.
- Inbound Stock Post Strategy: If the assignment/master data does not match, the target is automatically determined by the inbound stock post strategy. If no move job is printed, the cause must be checked (e.g. category, inventory measure, or inbound stock post strategy).
Roles
- Forklift operator: Responsible for the inbound stock post.
- Inbound stock post employee: Coordination of the inbound stock post.
Documents
- Move job: Documents the inbound stock post.
Process Flow
Open posted warehouse receipts
- Via ALT+Q or search: History → Posted stock documents → Posted warehouse receipts.
- Select the posted warehouse receipt.
Reports and move job list
- Reports → Move job list → Print.
- If no target places are found, check and fix (category, inventory measure, storage place allocation matrix, Inbound Stock Post Strategy).
Process the move jobs
- Work through the list: open move jobs and reconcile positions with documents.
- Change status → Finish Message → Post.
- All lines of the move job (inventory + load carriers) are posted to the specified places.
